Refund Policy

Effective date: 14 August 2026

Purchases on ololo.dev are priced in US dollars and processed through monobank acquiring, which settles the payment in Ukrainian hryvnia at its own published rate. A refund is returned in the currency the payment was settled in, so the amount your bank credits back can differ slightly from what it debited if the rate has moved. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, under the rules below. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. The Ukrainian-law version of these terms is in our public offer.

Premium subscription

First purchase: full refund within 14 days of the initial payment on request — no questions asked if you have used little or none of the monthly review allowance; otherwise we may refund proportionally or decline in cases of clearly substantial use.
No renewals to cancel: Premium is a fixed paid period that never renews by itself, so nothing is ever charged without you starting a purchase. An extension bought within the last 72 hours can be refunded in full if the added period’s allowance has not been used.

Review packs (one-time purchases)

Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase while the pack’s credits are unspent.
Once credits from a pack have been spent on judge reviews, the pack is non-refundable, except where a technical fault on our side consumed credits without delivering evaluations — in that case we restore the credits or refund the pack, your choice.

Faults on our side

If a paid feature was materially unavailable or malfunctioned (for example, judge reviews failed platform-wide and consumed your quota), contact us — we will restore quota, extend your subscription, or refund the affected charge.

How to request a refund

E-mail [email protected] from your account address with the date and amount of the payment (both are in your bank statement and in the receipt from monobank). We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds go back to the card you paid with — how fast they appear is up to your issuing bank, usually within a few business days and up to 30 days at the outside.

EU/UK consumers

By purchasing you request immediate access to a digital service. Where you fully consume the service within the withdrawal period, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited accordingly — the contractual refund rules above still apply and are in most cases more generous.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — genuine issues are almost always faster to resolve directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
