cleanliness 5.0 The code that exists is tidy: answer.sh is 17 lines with a clear argument loop, a named `question` variable, and one usage message. There is no duplication or dead code. But the repo at HEAD holds only the contract stub: the tree is AGENTS.md, answer.sh and test.sh. No answer logic was built, so there is nothing substantive to judge for naming or structure beyond the stub. maintainability 3.0 A newcomer could read answer.sh in a minute, but it does not answer questions, so there is no answer logic to change safely. Boundary handling covers only the missing -q case (exit 2). test.sh has three checks, all on the echo stub, and none exercise real answer logic. The AGENTS.md 'coverage: sh test.sh' line is misleading because the suite measures no coverage. No .ololo/extreme-startup-cli-done.md file exists.

tests 3.5 The suite in test.sh has real assertions: it compares exact stdout for a normal question (test.sh:16), checks that extra args are ignored (test.sh:17), and checks that a missing -q exits with code 2 (test.sh:19-20). The check() helper fails the run on mismatch, so the tests are not tautological. Coverage is thin, though. The only answer behaviour tested is the single 'I do not know' fallback, so none of the answer logic the task asks about is exercised. There is no test for an empty -q value, a question with spaces or special characters, a -q given with no value, or stderr content. The suite has one test level, a shell script, which suits a stub this small. AGENTS.md also lists 'coverage: sh test.sh', but the script measures no coverage, so that line overstates what the suite provides. No .ololo/extreme-startup-cli-done.md file appears in the tree, so the review submission is missing.
