data 0.0 The submitted repository is empty: list_files returned no files, get_commit_log returned no commits, and HEAD does not resolve. No four-city dataset is declared anywhere, so there is no source of truth, no data layer, and no way to confirm that the rome/bangkok values or the Fahrenheit conversion come from a declared source. The deterministic probe 586ba674-2272-4188-9dbb-d6094b9dcc38, which would have searched the participant's working tree for the dataset and any shadow copies, is still open with no result, so the empty state is the only evidence available.

cleanliness n/a Cannot assess. The repository has no commits, no files, and no HEAD (get_commit_log and list_files return empty; read_file on AGENTS.md and get_diff HEAD~1..HEAD both fail on an invalid HEAD). find_task_commit returns nothing for task 2fcb7bb6-3a1a-4e7f-a407-f6a1fe1b0772. There is no code to judge for naming, dead code, or duplication. The deterministic probe ed2c613a-d94f-4186-ac04-a89829dac139 is still queued and may show whether the work exists uncommitted on the participant's machine. maintainability n/a Cannot assess. No source, tests, or AGENTS.md/README.md are present in the repository, so nesting, function length, error handling, magic values, and the required test:/coverage: commands cannot be checked. The same pending probe is the only route to the participant's working tree.

product 0.0 No deliverable exists at the task commit. The repo has no files and no commits, HEAD does not resolve, and the required .ololo/weather-widget-done.md is missing. None of the three contract scenarios (rome sunny 29, bangkok fahrenheit 91, atlantis 'unknown city') can be met because there is no page, server, or dataset. Prior task results are also all 0 points.

architecture 0.0 The repository at HEAD contains no files (list_files returned an empty tree), the commit log is empty, and find_task_commit found no commit for task 2fcb7bb6-3a1a-4e7f-a407-f6a1fe1b0772. There is no core module, no imports to trace, no tests, and no boundary to assess. The dependency rule, inversion at the boundaries, and screaming-architecture criteria cannot be satisfied by an absent codebase, so the score is the floor. I did not register a probe: an architecture note cannot describe components that do not exist, and the verdict rests on the empty tree itself.

Assertion quality, coverage, level mix and honesty cannot be credited, so the score is the floor.

product 0.0 There is nothing to judge. The repository at the task commit (HEAD) has an empty file tree and an empty commit log, and `git show HEAD` fails with 'invalid object name HEAD', so the repo has no commits at all. No weather widget, no page, no city dataset, no AGENTS.md or README, and no .ololo/weather-widget-done.md exist. None of the three scenarios (/?city=rome, /?city=bangkok&units=f, /?city=atlantis) can be satisfied. The score is 0 rather than null because the absence is positively confirmed by the tools, not merely unobservable. I registered no probe: a running-app probe cannot produce a widget that was never committed.

tests 0.0 The repository is empty: list_files returns no entries at HEAD, and get_commit_log returns no commits. There is no test file, no test script, and no coverage setup, so the criterion has nothing to assess. The task also requires a test: and coverage: line in AGENTS.md or README.md, and no such document exists. The brief's three scenarios (rome sunny, bangkok in Fahrenheit as 91, atlantis as unknown city) are therefore untested. Per the rubric, a build with no tests is absent, which scores 0. I did not register a probe: with no code or commits to run, a participant's test output would have nothing to verify.

ux 7.5 The live Berlin capture has a clear hierarchy: the search row sits at the top, then the place name 'Berlin, Germany', a large 13°C headline, a sentence-case condition 'Partly cloudy', and wind. The quick-pick chips and °C/°F toggle sit below in a tidy order. The landing capture is clean and readable. Deductions: the captured Berlin card is at a different scale from the older Rome/Bangkok captures, and the live unknown-city page is not visible in any delivered image, so the error state could not be judged. accessibility 7.0 Markup supports the basics: lang="en" (src/view.js layout), one h1 per page, the decorative weather emoji is aria-hidden, the search input has a real <label for="city"> (visually hidden, still in the DOM), and the form carries role="search". In the Berlin capture the text contrast on the pale card is readable, and condition text is real text, not baked into an image. Not fully verified: the muted-grey condition and wind text on light backgrounds, and focus styling only seen in CSS. mobile 5.0 No narrow capture of the live build was delivered: the only 375px images are from the earlier build and predate the search row, so the new search row at 375px is unverified. CSS shows fluid choices (clamp() temperature size, flex-wrap on the nav chips, min-width:0 on the search input), which is responsive intent, but nothing visible confirms it. Scored at the middle of the range for that reason.

Andrey evaluated by Architecture on Task 2 +18 points
architecture 6.5 The pure centre is mostly clean. conditions.js (WMO table), units.js and cities.js import nothing, and view.js imports only units.js, so the HTML builders stay free of I/O. The clock is injected (`now = Date.now`, weather-service.js) and the fetch function is injected (`fetchFn`), which is good inversion. The rule is breached in one place: handler.js, which is core routing, imports `CityNotFoundError` from the I/O module (src/handler.js line 3, `import { CityNotFoundError } from './weather-service.js'`). Core code therefore depends on the edge module and not on a neutral error type. The boundary is also not declared as an interface: handler.js takes an untyped duck-typed `service` with `findLocation`/`getWeather`, and weather-service.js mixes URL building, response parsing (`parseWeather`), TTL caching, timeouts and error types in one module. Parsing of the provider's payload therefore lives at the edge instead of with the rules. Naming is generic at the top level (handler, view, server, weather-service) rather than naming the domain (current conditions, forecast, places). Presentation (THEMES, icons, weekday labels) still sits inside view.js next to the page layout, a weakness the earlier verdicts already flagged. Proportion is sensible for this task: one edge module, no DTO rings, and a fake fetch for tests. The shell/controls refactor in view.js removes duplication without adding layers. Net: a sound direction with one real outward dependency and a blurred edge.

Andrey evaluated by Test Quality on Task 2 +15 points
tests 5.5 The unit and handler tests are concrete and mostly well targeted. handler.test.js asserts exact live values (21°C, 71°F, 12 km/h, weekday rows, 'Today .*overcast 23°C'), the 404/503/405 paths, empty and whitespace input, the 100-character boundary, and escaping. weather-service.test.js covers geocoding normalization, the TTL and eviction boundaries, failures not being cached, a 10 ms abort timeout, and malformed payloads. conditions.test.js and view.test.js cover all WMO codes and every theme against the stylesheet. Gaps: (1) no browser or end-to-end test of the running widget. The previous judge asked for one, and the screencast requirement for typing a city and seeing live data is unmet. The rendered page is only checked as strings, and nothing exercises a real city search at 320px or desktop. (2) package.json still has `"test": "node --test"` with no coverage threshold, so the earlier request to make thresholds part of the test command is unaddressed. (3) view.test.js 'every page type renders...' uses an OR (`html.includes(href=/?city=) || html.includes(href=/forecast?city=)`), which weakens the quick-pick check. (4) 'uses the global fetch by default' only checks typeof, which is a near-tautology. (5) All upstream behaviour is faked, so the Open-Meteo field names are never checked against a recorded real response. Assertions are sound, but the flows the brief calls interactive are unverified by the suite.

Andrey evaluated by Code Quality on Task 2 +23 points
cleanliness 8.0 The rewrite removes the old dataset and replaces it with small, named modules: conditions.js is a single WMO table, weather-service.js owns all I/O, and view.js gains one shared shell() so the page chrome exists once. Dead code from the old four-city tables is gone, and the stale humid theme is replaced. Remaining issues are small. MAX_QUERY_LENGTH = 100 is defined in both handler.js and view.js, a copied constant that should be shared. messagePage's `{ path: CARD_PATH, query: '', ...page }` default is confusing because page always supplies path. forecastPayload in test/fixtures.js is a very long single-line signature. No analysis measurements were supplied, so duplication is judged by reading only; it is low. maintainability 8.3 Functions are short and nesting is shallow. Routing is guard-clause style in handler.js. The network boundary is well placed: remote() wraps fetch, the timeout and every parse failure into ServiceUnavailableError, so malformed payloads become a 503 instead of a crash. The cache is bounded and failures are not cached. The fake fetch injected via createWeatherService keeps tests offline. Magic values are named as options with defaults (ttlMs, timeoutMs, maxEntries) and the URLs are constants. Minor comprehension costs: describeCondition's `(!isDay && entry.night) || entry` is compact and needs a second look, and parseWeather trusts the upstream shape without per-field checks, which is acceptable here because the try/catch covers it.

product 6.5 The committed code covers all four scenarios. Typed cities are geocoded and shown with live Open-Meteo current values and a 3-day forecast (src/weather-service.js:52-100, src/handler.js:31-50). Quick picks use fixed coordinates and fetch live weather (src/cities.js). Unknown cities return a 404 with a polite 'We couldn't find' line and the search form stays on the page (src/view.js renderUnknownCity, shell). Service failures return a 503 with a retry link. Units go through the single formatTemp, and conditions come from the WMO table with night wording (src/conditions.js). The completion note names Open-Meteo and matches the code: built-in tables were removed and the note is over 10 words. The score is held back because no artifact shows the live version. The attached screenshots are from earlier tasks and still show the old built-in values (Rome 29°C, Bangkok 'humid' forecast). The required screencast of a city being typed and live data appearing is absent from the evidence, so the live search flow, data plausibility and the human-readable conditions are unverified in motion.

data 8.5 The data flow is clean and traceable. Live values come only from Open-Meteo through one module, src/weather-service.js (parseLocation and parseWeather, lines ~37-60). The pinned quick picks hold only name, country and coordinates in src/cities.js (PINNED, lines 2-7) and carry no weather values. WMO code-to-text/theme mapping lives in one table, src/conditions.js. Temperature conversion stays only in src/units.js formatTemp, and the view just formats what it receives. The handler (src/handler.js) is async and takes the service as an injected dependency, so the data layer is separated from presentation. No mock or sample weather values ship in the source, and the built-in tables were removed as the task asked. Nothing was fabricated: the 'Honest data' path relies on the live service. Deductions: SPEC.md still carries the superseded section 2 and section 8 value tables (marked superseded, not deleted), and DESIGN.md keeps the old dataset description. These are stale documentation copies of values the code no longer uses, which is a drift risk. The test fixtures also restate a sample Berlin payload, which is acceptable for fake-fetch tests. The probe-based verdicts on live search behaviour are a sibling judge's remit, so I did not score them here.

creativity 6.5 Several genuine, user-facing touches go past the brief: night-aware wording for clear skies (conditions.js maps code 0/1 to 'clear sky'/'mostly clear' with a night theme, conditions.js:6-7 and describeCondition), real weekday names with 'Today' in forecast rows (view.js weekday(), replacing the spec-mandated but unhelpful 'Day N'), a search form on every page that preserves the unit toggle (view.js searchForm), a 503 page with a retry link that keeps the visitor's query and units (view.js renderUnavailable), and a 100-character input cap with HTML-escaped echo. Pinned quick picks skip geocoding (weather-service.js findLocation). These are sensible and wired in code, but none is especially surprising or memorable. The screenshots delivered are from earlier builds, not this task's live search, and no screencast of typing a city and seeing live values is visible to me, so the live-flow extras are only proven in code. The score sits modestly above baseline.

ux 7.5 The forecast page has a clear hierarchy: city name, a '3-day forecast' subtitle, then three evenly spaced rows with bold 'Day N' labels, a condition with icon, and a large right-aligned temperature. Values are legible at a glance. The card now has a prominent '3-day forecast' pill (card-rome-desktop) that reads well. Minor issue: the forecast pill uses the same filled brown as the active unit and city chips, so it can read as a selected state rather than an action. The brief's switching and forecast flows were requested as a screencast, and only stills were delivered, so the in-motion flow could not be judged. accessibility 7.5 Markup uses real text for every value, including condition words beside the emoji. Day icons and the header icon are aria-hidden (view.js forecast row and header), so meaning is not carried by emoji alone. Forecast rows are an ordered list (ol.forecast), and the nav regions carry aria-labels. Condition text is shown next to each temperature, so the forecast does not rely on colour. Contrast looks adequate on the cream and lavender themes in the captures. Weaknesses: the active state is shown by fill colour alone, with aria-current only in markup, and the Bangkok purple theme has white text on dark purple that I judged passable, not measured. Lang and heading structure could not be confirmed from the screenshots. mobile 7.5 At 375px the forecast rows, the 'Back to current weather' pill, the unit toggle, and the city chips all fit inside the card with no horizontal scroll or clipping (forecast-rome-mobile, card-rome-mobile). The city chips wrap onto two rows cleanly. The CSS is fluid (flex-wrap on nav, grid rows, max-width card). Tap targets are small: the unit toggle and city chips look around 28–32px tall in the 375px capture, below the usual 44px guideline.

cleanliness 7.5 The forecast extension reuses the existing vocabulary: `pageHref`, `link`, `nav`, `citySwitcher`, `controls` and `action` in src/view.js are shared by both pages, and the `THEMES` table is reused for day icons. The dead `unitToggle` helper was folded into `controls`. Remaining blemishes: `handler.js` repeats `rawCity ?? ''` twice, and the `/` and `/forecast` literals appear both as `CARD_PATH`/`FORECAST_PATH` in view.js and in the `PAGES` map in handler.js. The forecast dataset is restated in test/cities.test.js and again in test/handler.test.js, so the same data lives in four places. Two handler test lines are very dense (the `temps.forEach` assertion). No analysis probe was supplied, so duplication is judged by reading only. maintainability 7.5 Routing stays flat with guard clauses and a `PAGES` lookup, and a missing city is only accepted on `/`. Pure view functions are easy to change. `forecastRow` and `renderForecast` are short. Boundary handling is covered: the forecast escapes input (test 'forecast escapes script input') and non-GET methods return 405. Weaknesses: the `?? ''` coalescing hides the missing-city case instead of naming it, and the `messagePage` `text` parameter is still interpolated unescaped (pre-existing). The `forecastRow` template uses backslash line continuations, which is harder to scan than a plain template. Otherwise a newcomer could extend the forecast safely.

tests 6.0 The new tests are mostly meaningful. They pin the dataset per city (test/cities.test.js, 'every city has a three-day forecast', asserts exact [tempC, condition] pairs). They check the brief's rome day-2 scenario with a regex that ties 'Day 2' to '26°C' and 'cloudy' (test/handler.test.js, 'brief scenario 3'). They also cover the 404 unknown-city path for /forecast, the 405 for POST, prototype-key paths, back-link and switcher parameter preservation, and an HTTP-level forecast check (test/server.test.js, 'serves the forecast over HTTP'). Weaknesses: the all-cities forecast loop (handler.test.js, 'forecast: all cities, both units') checks `text(html).includes('Day N ') && html.includes(temp)`, which does not verify that a temperature belongs to its day row. Several assertions are `includes` or absence checks, including the escaping tests (view.test.js, last test; handler.test.js, 'forecast escapes script input'), which the previous review asked to tighten to exact output. Nothing covers the flows the brief says must be verified in a live browser: switching cities and opening the forecast from the rendered page, and the mobile-width layout. No browser or end-to-end test exists. The participant's artifacts are stills (desktop.png, mobile.png, unknown.png) with no webm screencast, so those flows rest on unit and HTTP checks alone. I did not inspect package.json, so I cannot say whether coverage thresholds are enforced. The previous review's mobile end-to-end and coverage-threshold suggestions are still unaddressed.

creativity 6.0 The forecast page goes a little past the brief in ways a user would notice: per-day condition icons, the page theme following the city's current condition, and the city switcher and unit toggle staying on the forecast page, so switching cities while viewing a forecast keeps you there. These are wired in code and covered by tests. Nothing here is especially surprising or memorable. The forecast is a plain ordered list of day tiles, and the card gains a 'Back to current weather' link. I did not run a probe or check a screencast for the forecast flow, so the score rests on the diff alone.

architecture 7.5 The dependency rule holds. The core modules are pure and import nothing outward: src/cities.js has no imports, src/units.js has none, and src/handler.js imports only cities, units and view. The only I/O is at the edge in src/server.js (http, fs, URL), which passes plain values (method, pathname, searchParams) into handle(). handler.js:14 and the PAGES map at handler.js:6 keep routing as data, so the forecast added a route without moving any rule into the shell. The forecast addendum is proportionate to a four-city task: it extends the existing dataset and view functions rather than adding a new ring of interfaces or DTOs. Compared with my earlier verdict on this codebase, the main room for improvement is the same one I flagged then, still unaddressed: the top level names are technical (handler, view, server, units) rather than weather concepts such as forecast, current, or dataset. The forecast also sits as a bolted-on section of the same flat files. view.js:43-70 gives the shared page chrome (controls, citySwitcher, action) a clean seam with the path as a parameter, which is a good deliberate boundary. The forecast rules themselves (day indexing, theme lookup) are testable without a server (view.test.js, handler.test.js), though they are exercised through HTML strings rather than a domain-level function.

product 7.5 The forecast extension is implemented end to end in code and matches the dataset. Scenario 3 holds: src/cities.js:8-21 stores the exact dataset, and test/handler.test.js:87-89 asserts 'Day 2 ... cloudy 26°C' for rome. Scenario 2 holds: the card links to '3-day forecast' (src/view.js renderCard, pageHref to /forecast), renderForecast (src/view.js) lists Day 1-3 with temperature and condition, and 'Back to current weather' keeps city and units. Scenario 1 holds: controls() in src/view.js puts the city switcher and unit toggle on both pages, and pageHref keeps the page type. The forecast page takes its theme from the city's current condition (F5), and the 404 for missing or unknown cities on /forecast matches F2. Deductions: no screencast of the forecast flow was delivered. The attached images (desktop.png, mobile.png, unknown.png) show only the card and the unknown-city page, so the required interactive proof is missing from the evidence. The forecast page's narrow-viewport layout is also unverified, and the day-row grid (src/... style.css .forecast li, 4.5rem 1fr auto) was not checked at 320px. The completion note in .ololo/weather-widget-forecast-done.md is accurate to the diff, and I did not re-run the tests. The earlier-noted 404 on unknown city is unchanged, and this is not charged again.

data 7.5 The forecast dataset lives in one place. Commit 621991d adds a `forecast` array to each city inside the existing frozen `CITIES` object in src/cities.js (lines 1-22), next to the current-weather fields. All four cities match the pinned table (nyc 27/24/22, sao-paulo 18/21/20, bangkok 34/32/33, rome 30/26/27). Rendering is data-driven: `renderForecast` in src/view.js maps `city.forecast` through `forecastRow`, and `handler.js` routes by pathname to `renderCard`/`renderForecast` with no temperature or condition literals. Day labels are derived from the array index. Honesty of sourcing is clean: nothing is fetched or invented, and the only new visual mapping is the `rain` entry in the THEMES presentation table. Deductions: the same table is restated in SPEC.md section 8 (documentation) and as expected-value oracles in test/cities.test.js, test/handler.test.js and test/server.test.js. These match today but are redeclarations that could drift. I treat the test oracles as verification rather than shadow data, so the 5.0 cap is not applied. The current-card value for rome (29) is pre-existing and separate from the forecast dataset.

Go live — any city, real weather

product 6.0 The core product works in code. Any city is searched through Open-Meteo geocoding and forecast (openmeteo.ts:1-75). Quick picks map to geocoder names (weather.ts QUICK_PICKS). Temperatures follow the C/F toggle, and conditions come from WMO codes as readable text. Unknown cities return 404 with 'Cannot find that city.' and keep the search form (weather.ts renderNotFound/renderMessage). Service failure returns 503 with a retry message. The built-in tables are gone, so no fallback is needed. Against that, the contract requires a screencast (video/webm) showing a city being typed and live data appearing, and none was delivered for this task. The only attached images are older stills of the previous design, which show no search form. The card also clears the search box after each lookup because the form value is always ''. The stray empty file 'eather.test.ts' was committed. The forecast page still has no city switcher, which I raised last time. The done note is honest: it names Open-Meteo and matches the code. I could not verify live data quality because no screencast or probe output was available to me.

ux n/a No capture of the current build was delivered for this task. The three attached PNGs (desktop.png, mobile.png, unknown.png) show the pre-change build: quick-pick pills with no search input, and the old table-driven conditions (e.g. 'Thunderstorm', 'Sunny'). The new search form, the live card for an arbitrary city, and the °C/°F toggle that this task adds (commit d06f740, weather.ts:57-75) are not visible. The screencast the brief requires, showing a city being typed and live values appearing, was also not delivered. Hierarchy of the live flow cannot be judged from what was shown. accessibility 5.0 Markup-only assessment, since the live page was not captured. Positives: the search input has aria-label="City" and a submit button (weather.ts:52-55), and the quick-pick and units navs carry aria-labels (weather.ts:59, 66). The white-on-translucent-blue palette in the screenshots reads with reasonable contrast. Negatives: the page head still has no lang attribute (page() is unchanged in the diff), the structure is a single h1 with no further headings, and the pill links are small touch targets. The 'Open forecast' nav reuses the same pill styling as the city links. mobile n/a The only narrow capture (mobile.png, 375px) is of the pre-change build, and it shows the card running to the right edge with no gutter. The new STYLE rules (main width:min(100%,420px), margin:1rem, box-sizing:border-box, weather.ts:38-41) look like they address that fault, but the rendered result was never captured. Without a capture of the current build the narrow view cannot be confirmed, so this is left null rather than scored from CSS alone.

cleanliness 6.0 The code is tidy overall: the diff splits data (openmeteo.ts), rendering (weather.ts) and routing (server.ts) cleanly, and most helpers are small and well named. Deductions: an empty stray file `eather.test.ts` (0 bytes, commit d06f740, root of the tree) is leftover clutter from a botched rename. `describe` in openmeteo.ts is an unhelpful name for a WMO code lookup and collides with the bun:test `describe` vocabulary (the test file imports it as `describe`). The `href` helper escapes `&` with an ad hoc `.replace(/&/g,'&amp;')` next to the separate `escapeHtml`, so there are two escaping mechanisms. Duplication is not measured, but the card, forecast and message pages repeat the same nav/link assembly by hand. maintainability 5.5 The error boundary is mostly sound: fetch failures become a 503 retryable message (server.ts catch block) and API shape mismatches are caught there too. The known inherited-key defect from the earlier verdicts is still present. `QUICK_PICKS[city.toLowerCase()] ?? city` in server.ts uses a plain object lookup, so `/?city=constructor` resolves to Object's constructor function, is passed to `lookup`, throws on `query.trim()`, and returns a misleading 503 'Weather service unavailable' instead of the 'Cannot find that city' path. `PAGES[url.pathname as keyof typeof PAGES]` has the same plain-object pattern. No test covers an inherited key. The fix (Object.hasOwn or a Map in one shared lookup) was asked for twice and has not landed. The cache in openmeteo.ts:58-66 is an unbounded Map keyed by arbitrary visitor input, with no eviction, so it grows without limit. Otherwise the functions are short, the nesting is shallow, and the magic values (CACHE_TTL_MS, forecast_days, WMO table) are named.

creativity 6.0 Several touches go beyond the brief and are visible in code. The lookup layer caches responses for five minutes with a tested TTL (openmeteo.ts:CACHE_TTL_MS, createLookup; weather.test.ts 'responses are cached for five minutes'). The card shows the geocoder's canonical place name rather than the raw query (openmeteo.ts:fetchReport, name: place.name). A 503 path shows a retryable 'Weather service unavailable, try again.' message (server.ts catch block; test 'API failure shows a retryable message'). The search box keeps the typed value and carries the units setting through a hidden field (weather.ts:searchForm). WMO codes are translated into readable conditions (openmeteo.ts:WMO_CONDITIONS). Taken together these are real, working end-user touches, but each is a small, expected piece of a live-data build. Two of them (the unit toggle and the 404 quick picks) were already credited in my earlier task verdicts, so I did not count them again. Nothing here is a memorable mechanism. No screencast or probe result was visible to me, so the live search flow is judged from code only.

tests 6.5 The suite has real, mostly exact assertions and exercises the assembled handler (createHandler plus createLookup with an injected fake fetch), so it is not a unit-only wall. Exact values include '29&deg;C' and 'Clear sky' for rome (weather.test.ts ~L58-64), the forecast rows 'Day 2</td><td>26&deg;C</td><td>Overcast' (~L100), the '79&deg;F' conversion, the 503 path with 'Weather service unavailable' (~L140), and the cache call counts (~L120-130). The fake fetch also pins the Open-Meteo request parameters. Gaps: 'any city can be searched' asserts only 'Berlin' and 'Rain' and never checks Berlin's 11 degrees, so the live-value path for a non-pinned city is weakly pinned. sao-paulo is a quick pick with no fake place entry, so its card values are never exercised. Invalid or explicit units=c and whitespace or case handling at the handler level are untested. Everything runs against a mocked upstream, with no live server or real-service check. The required webm screencast is absent: the artifacts folder holds only stills (desktop.png, mobile.png, unknown.png). A stray empty eather.test.ts (0 bytes) sits in the repo root, which is clutter in the test layout.

architecture 6.0 The edge is cleanly separated and the clock and network are injected. The core still points outward in one place. The task is small, so the boundaries are roughly proportionate, but the core's data type lives in the vendor adapter and presentation is still in the core. What works: - The clock and network are injected into the adapter: `createLookup(fetchFn: Fetch = fetch, now: () => number = Date.now)` at openmeteo.ts:60-61. The cache is testable with a fake clock (weather.test.ts, 'responses are cached for five minutes'). - Rules are testable without a server. The tests call `handle(new Request(...))` with a fake `Fetch` and never open a socket (weather.test.ts:4-7, 22-31). `describe` and `toFahrenheit` are pure. - The edge composes the pieces: `createHandler(lookup)` in server.ts takes the lookup as a parameter, and `Bun.serve` with `createLookup()` sits under `import.meta.main` (server.ts:33-40). What fails: - Inward dependency violated: the core imports the vendor adapter's type, `import type { Report } from './openmeteo.ts'` (weather.ts:1). The rendering core is therefore not independent of the Open-Meteo module. The `Report` contract should live in the core, with the adapter mapping into it. - Presentation is still in the core: `renderCard`, `renderForecast`, the `STYLE` string and `page` template all sit in weather.ts (weather.ts:9-100). This is the carried-over flaw from earlier builds, which I am not charging again in full. - Vendor specifics sit beside the generic edge: the Open-Meteo URLs, query parameters and WMO code table all sit in openmeteo.ts:1-27, which is appropriate for an adapter, but the name is a vendor name rather than a role. - Screaming architecture is weak: the top level is flat (`server.ts`, `weather.ts`, `openmeteo.ts`, tests). It names the vendor and the mechanism, not the domain (cities, conditions, forecasts) and not any folder structure. - Hygiene: a stray zero-byte file `eather.test.ts` sits at the root (file tree; diff `eather.test.ts` new file, empty). It is a leftover from a botched rename and suggests the tree is not curated. Net: the boundary at the fetch and clock edge is well drawn and an improvement over the prior builds. The core-to-adapter import and the unmoved presentation keep this from a higher score.

data 9.0 The built-in CITIES tables are removed in this commit (weather.ts diff). The only dataset now comes from Open-Meteo through openmeteo.ts: geocoding resolves the name, then the forecast call supplies current temp, wind, weather code and three daily maxima. Source of truth is singular and live, with no drifting copy. Quick picks are a slug-to-name map (weather.ts QUICK_PICKS, server.ts:21) that feeds the geocoder, not a values table, so they carry no shadow data. Units are consistent: the API defaults to °C and km/h, matching the 'kph' label and the °C/°F toggle via toFahrenheit. Conditions come from a documented WMO code table in openmeteo.ts, so they are derived rather than invented. Data layer separation is clean: openmeteo.ts fetches and shapes into a Report interface, weather.ts only renders, and server.ts wires them together. The test PLACES fixtures are mock responses for the fake fetch, not shipped data. Minor debris: a stray 0-byte file named `eather.test.ts` was committed. It is not a data defect. Improvement from my earlier faults: the card's temp/condition/wind no longer duplicate the forecast dataset, and the test expectations are fixture-derived. The done note names Open-Meteo as the service.

tests 8.5 The suite is behavior-focused and proportionate. handler.test.js covers all three brief scenarios with concrete values (29°C/sunny, 91°F, 'unknown city' with 404), all four cities in both units, trimming/case handling, unknown-unit fallback, missing city, prototype keys, XSS escaping, 404 path and 405 with Allow header. units.test.js checks the Fahrenheit rounding for 26/19/33/29 and the Celsius fallback for undefined, '', 'F' and 'kelvin'. cities.test.js covers normalization and rejection of '__proto__' and 'constructor'. view.test.js checks each theme class and icon, the aria-current markup, and escaping of the echoed unknown-city input with exact entity output. server.test.js runs real HTTP on port 0 for 200/404/405, CSS content type, the static allowlist (package.json → 404) and the 500 path on an unparsable URL. The levels are mixed: unit, view, handler and integration. Gaps: no browser or visual check of the 320px layout, the escaping test in view.test.js:31-38 uses a negative regex that is weaker than an exact-output check, and I did not see the coverage thresholds enforced or the coverage report. No skipped or tautological tests were found.

ux 8.0 The card has a clear hierarchy: the large temperature (29°C / 91°F) dominates, the city name and condition sit above and below it, and wind is a secondary row. Condition themes change the palette per city (warm amber for Rome, indigo for Bangkok, slate for the unknown-city page). The °C/°F toggle and city chips are small and sit at the bottom, which is acceptable for a widget. The unknown-city page reads clearly with the exact text 'unknown city' as its heading and the four valid cities as options. accessibility 7.0 Text is real HTML, not images. Contrast looks sound in the desktop and unknown-city captures: dark text on near-white surfaces, and the active chip uses dark fill with white bold text. The active state is shown by fill and weight, not color alone. The 'unknown city' page has a clear heading. Deductions: the °C/°F and city chips are small, and the Bangkok mobile capture's active chip text sits on a dark purple fill that is readable but the pills are compact. I could not confirm lang, main/h1 or aria-current from the captures alone, so I gave a moderate score. mobile 5.0 The two mobile captures disagree. The probe-delivered 375px capture shows the card running off the right edge: the 'Bangkok' chip is truncated at the viewport edge and the card's right border is cut off, which indicates horizontal overflow. The later committed 375px capture fits cleanly, with the card centred, chips wrapping onto two rows, and touch-sized pills. The fix appears to have landed, but the overflow evidence in the first capture keeps the score middling.

data 9.0 The four-city dataset lives in exactly one place, src/cities.js:3-8 (CITIES, frozen), and every output value traces back to it. The handler reads it through findCity/listCities (src/handler.js:4-21), and the view reads temp, condition and wind from the passed city object (src/view.js renderCard). The Celsius-to-Fahrenheit formula appears only in src/units.js:6-8, as DESIGN.md and SPEC.md require. No shadow data: view.js holds only presentation mappings (THEMES, icons), not weather values, and there are no mock or sample values in the shipped src/. Honest sourcing: SPEC.md section 2 explicitly declines to invent a forecast, and none was added. Nothing was fabricated beyond the dataset. Layering is clean: parsing lives in units.js and cities.js, and server.js is a thin adapter. Minor deduction: the display names ('Sao Paulo', 'New York') are an added field not in the brief's table, though they are harmless and stored in the same single source. I did not inspect the test fixtures in depth for duplicated values.

cleanliness 8.5 The code is small and well named: cities.js, units.js, view.js and handler.js each own one concept, and the conversion formula appears once (src/units.js:6). Views are composed from small helpers (link, nav, citySwitcher, unitToggle, messagePage) with little copy-paste. Deductions: messagePage (src/view.js, messagePage) takes a pre-built HTML string as `text` and interpolates it unescaped, so the safety of each caller depends on convention. renderUnknownCity builds its own <code> markup inline. The commit also includes non-source clutter: .atl/skill-registry.md, the .atl cache and .ololo/artifacts PNGs. No duplication tool output was supplied, so duplication is judged by reading only. maintainability 8.5 Functions are short and the nesting is shallow. handle() (src/handler.js) is a flat sequence of guard clauses that mirror the routing table in DESIGN.md. Boundaries are handled: server.js wraps the handler in a try/catch that returns a 500, and it has a fixed stylesheet allowlist. Input is trimmed and checked with Object.hasOwn. The theme table is a single named constant with a default fallback. Magic values are mostly named (THEMES, UNITS, ESCAPES). Minor costs: the rendering layer passes pre-escaped strings around by convention, and the port default and the 'http://localhost' base are inline literals. The layout is documented in AGENTS.md, so a newcomer can find things quickly.

product 9.0 All three brief scenarios are met in the code and in the screenshots. /?city=rome renders 29°C with the condition 'sunny' (view.js renderCard, line ~60; desktop.png). /?city=bangkok&units=f renders 91°F via Math.round(33*9/5+32) (units.js formatTemp; mobile.png). /?city=atlantis returns 404 with an 'unknown city' heading and the list of valid cities (handler.js; unknown.png). The product also goes beyond the brief sensibly: a city switcher, a °C/°F toggle with aria-current, condition themes, a landing page for no city param, and an escaped-input path. Wind is shown in km/h as the spec requires. The forecast row is deliberately omitted because the dataset has no forecast data, and the note says so. The mobile.png at 375px lays out without overflow. A minor point: the unknown-city page returns HTTP 404, which the brief does not specify, and the design doc records that choice. The earlier mobile capture showed horizontal overflow, but the later capture is clean.

creativity 6.5 Several working extras beyond the three scenarios. Each is visible in the delivered screenshots and the source. (1) Condition-driven themes: each condition gets its own palette and emoji icon via a single THEMES table, with a neutral fallback (src/view.js:6-13, 47-57). The desktop and mobile captures show the sunny amber and thunderstorm indigo themes. (2) A °C/°F toggle that keeps the city, plus a city switcher that marks the active city with aria-current (src/view.js:35-47). (3) The unknown-city page echoes the escaped bad input in a code tag and offers the four valid cities as links, which is a helpful recovery path (src/view.js:59-63, unknown.png). (4) A proper 405 with an Allow header and a branded not-found page (src/handler.js:7-14). (5) Dark-mode tokens via prefers-color-scheme (per SPEC/DESIGN). These are solid, useful touches a real user would notice. They are competent rather than memorable: the condition-theme idea is the most distinctive, and the rest is conventional. The mobile capture from the earlier probe showed the card overflowing at 375px, but the later mobile.png shows it fitting, so I did not penalise that.

architecture 8.5 The dependency rule holds in the code. The core modules import nothing from Node or the framework: src/handler.js:1-2 imports only ./cities.js, ./units.js and ./view.js, and src/cities.js and src/units.js have no imports at all. src/handler.js returns a plain { status, headers, html } object and never touches http types. Only src/server.js imports node:http and node:fs/promises (src/server.js:1-3), and it is the sole adapter that writes responses. Business rules are testable with no server: units.test.js calls formatTemp and parseUnits directly, and the 'C*9/5+32' conversion exists in exactly one place (src/units.js:5-8). Inversion is light but appropriate for a four-row dataset: there is no storage port, and none is needed. Boundaries are proportionate to a roughly 5-module, two-hour task. Minor deductions: src/view.js owns the THEMES table and the display-name mapping lives in cities.js, so presentation concerns are spread across two files. The top-level names (cities, units, view, handler, server) describe concepts rather than generator-style 'services' or 'utils', but they are not as explicitly domain-named as 'weather' or 'forecast' would be. DESIGN.md's stated dependency direction (server → handler → view/units/cities) matches the actual imports.

cleanliness 7.0 The new code is tidy: small single-purpose helpers (`href`, `formatTemp`, `cityLinks`, `page`) and a typed `City`/`Day` model. Two things pull it down. The city-validity check is repeated in `renderCard` and `renderForecast` (weather.ts, `const data = CITIES[city]; if (!data) return renderUnknown(city);`) and again in server.ts as `city in CITIES`, so validation lives in three places. server.ts also has a fallback `(renderer ?? renderCard)` that is never reached for a real route, which reads as dead logic. No duplication metrics were supplied, so this rests on reading the code. maintainability 5.5 Functions are short and nesting is shallow, so the structure is easy to follow. The main defect is the prototype-chain lookup, which is still unfixed from the earlier review. `city in CITIES` (server.ts) and `CITIES[city]` (weather.ts) both accept inherited keys. A request to `/forecast?city=constructor` passes the `in` check and returns 200, then `renderForecast` reads `data.forecast` from `Object` and throws, which surfaces as a server error rather than the unknown-city path. The error is not handled at the boundary. Data literals are also packed onto one line per field, which hurts scanning. The new '/forecast' route is a good addition, and the test file covers the basic paths, but it does not exercise the inherited-key case.

creativity 6.5 Several working touches go past the brief. The card has a styled glass-morphism look with a gradient background and a responsive viewport meta (weather.ts STYLE and page(), ~lines 30-50; the desktop and mobile screenshots show it rendering). City switching is a row of pill links to the other cities that carries the units setting through (cityLinks/href, weather.ts ~lines 60-75; test 'city links keep units and skip the current city'). The unknown-city page lists the valid cities as links, so a mistyped URL has a way forward (renderUnknown; unknown.png). The forecast table is in the chosen units and has a Back link to the card that keeps the units (renderForecast; test 'forecast page'). These are small, well-judged, and visible in the artifacts, but none is a memorable mechanism or a demo-stopping idea. The forecast page is also unstyled beyond the shared stylesheet, and no screencast of the switching flow was delivered as evidence in what I was shown, so I credit only what the code and screenshots show.

data 4.5 The forecast table is declared once, in the `CITIES` object in weather.ts (lines 14-33), and the forecast page reads from it via `renderForecast`. The sourcing is otherwise clean: no extra files, no mock data, and Fahrenheit is computed from the Celsius value. The main defect is that each city also keeps its own `temp` and `condition` fields, and those drift from the pinned dataset. The card shows nyc 26 humid, sao-paulo 19 cloudy, bangkok 33 thunderstorm and rome 29 sunny, while the pinned day-1 values are 27 humid, 18 rain, 34 thunderstorm and 30 sunny. The card and the forecast therefore contradict each other for the same city in the same widget. The `wind` values (15, 11, 8, 12) are also not in the pinned dataset and are carried over from the earlier build. The forecast's day-1 entries should be the single source, with the card deriving its current reading from them or the card values being dropped. The tests hardcode the expected numbers (e.g. `29&deg;C`, `Day 2</td><td>26&deg;C`) instead of deriving them from `CITIES`. On the positive side, the forecast rows are rendered from the array with no hardcoded markup, and the day-2 rome value (26 cloudy) matches the pinned dataset.

architecture 5.5 The dependency direction is correct. weather.ts has no imports, so the core names no framework, request, or file path. server.ts:1 imports from weather.ts, and the edge owns routing (ROUTES, server.ts:4-7), the default city (server.ts:3), and the Bun.serve start (server.ts:19-22). Business rules are testable without a server: toFahrenheit, renderCard and renderForecast are pure functions, and the tests call handle(new Request(...)) with no listening socket (weather.test.ts:4-7). The flaw from the earlier build is still present and I am not charging it again in full: HTML rendering, the page template and the STYLE string all sit in the data/domain module (weather.ts:37-99). The new forecast data is folded into the same CITIES record, which is proportionate for a four-city dataset. The rendered-page assertions in the tests are string matches against HTML, so the tests exercise presentation through the domain module. Overall the structure is still a small, correctly directed layout that is slightly under-separated. Moving the presentation functions into their own module, or moving the page template and STYLE to the edge, would clean up the boundary.

ux 6.5 The city card keeps the earlier clear hierarchy: the city name, a large 29°C temperature, then the condition and wind (probe-free still, desktop.png). The new 'Open forecast' control is styled as a small translucent pill that looks the same as the city-switch pills beneath it, so the primary action for this task does not stand out. The forecast page itself was never captured, so its table layout and Back control could not be judged visually. accessibility 4.5 The markup still has no lang attribute on <html> (page() opens with <!doctype html><html><head>), and the page has only one h1 with no heading on the forecast page beyond its title. The forecast table does use th headers, and the city links sit in a labelled nav. White text on a translucent blue panel reads acceptably in the desktop capture, but the small pill links are below comfortable touch and click target size. No forecast-page capture exists to check its contrast. mobile 3.0 The 375px capture still shows the card running to the right edge with no side gutter. It is cut off at the right side and the page appears to overflow horizontally, the same defect as the earlier build. The card keeps a fixed min-width:320px and there are no media queries (weather.ts STYLE block), so the narrow view has not been fixed. The forecast page's table was never captured at narrow width.

product 7.5 All three contract scenarios are implemented and reachable without the address bar. Card-to-card switching: renderCard lists every other city as a pill link that keeps the units param (weather.ts cityLinks/href). Full forecast: /forecast renders Day, temperature and condition for three days (renderForecast, weather.ts), with a Back link to the originating card. Rome day 2 reads 26&deg;C / cloudy, matching the dataset. The styled card and forecast table are a clear visual step up from the prior unstyled widget. Deductions: the forecast page has no city switcher, so a visitor must go back to the card to change city; the forecast condition text is not capitalised, unlike the card; the mobile screenshot shows the card overflowing the 400px viewport on the right edge; and there is no Celsius/Fahrenheit toggle on the card. The required screencast of the switching and forecast flows is not among the delivered artifacts (the committed PNGs show only the card and the unknown-city page), so the live flow is verified from code and tests, not from motion.

tests 7.0 The suite is stronger than the previous build's. The forecast test (weather.test.ts:44-49) checks exact table rows for rome, e.g. 'Day 2</td><td>26&deg;C</td><td>cloudy', which matches the dataset and specifies the scenario precisely. The switching test (weather.test.ts:35-42) asserts exact hrefs for every other city while keeping units, and asserts that the current city's href is absent. Back-link, 404 and bangkok-in-Fahrenheit (93&deg;F) cases are present. Gaps: sao-paulo, the hyphenated city, never appears in a card or forecast assertion. There is no case-handling test (e.g. ?city=ROME), and no invalid-units test. Several card checks are loose, e.g. toContain('sunny') and toContain('cloudy') with no structural anchor. Tests call handle() directly rather than a live Bun.serve, so the assembled server is only partly exercised. The task asked for a screencast of the running widget, but the only delivered artifacts are three PNG stills (.ololo/artifacts/e92ea06d-.../), so the interactive flows are not verified by any run. The test file itself is not at fault for that, but it leaves the flows unproven.

ux 7.0 On the desktop capture (probe e92ea06d, desktop.png) the city name, large 29°C value, condition and wind are clearly ordered, with the temperature as the dominant element. Spacing and the translucent card on the gradient read as designed. The unknown-city capture shows a clear 'unknown city: atlantis' message with the valid city options listed as pills. Deductions: the 'Open forecast' pill looks like a control with no forecast content behind it, and the city pills are small secondary elements. accessibility 5.0 White text on the mid-blue card reads clearly in the captures, and the condition and temperature are real text, not images. The committed page markup in weather.js:14 is '<!doctype html><html><head>' with no lang attribute, and the page has no landmark or heading structure beyond a single h1 on the city view. The city and forecast pills are roughly 30px tall, below comfortable touch and pointer target sizes. The 'unknown city' message is text, not colour-only. mobile 4.0 In the 375px capture (mobile.png) the card sits flush against the left edge with no side margin, and its right edge runs past the background's visible width, so it is clipped at the right and the page looks wider than the viewport. The card also floats mid-screen with large empty space above and below. The pills wrap cleanly and nothing overlaps, but the horizontal overflow is a visible defect for the narrow view.

tests 5.5 The suite is small and proportionate, with real assertions and a mix of unit and HTTP-level checks. It covers the rome, bangkok-f and atlantis scenarios plus toFahrenheit rounding and HTML escaping of unknown input. Weaknesses: several scenario checks are loose regex matches (e.g. /29/, /91/, /26/) that could pass on unrelated text, so they would not reliably catch a wrong value. The Fahrenheit test never checks that the Celsius value is absent. The condition and wind fields are only checked for rome. Untested paths include sao-paulo (hyphenated key), uppercase or empty city, invalid units values, and the default-city path beyond a loose /26/ match. Test commands (test and coverage) are documented in AGENTS.md, and no tests are skipped or hard-coded to pass.

architecture 7.0 The dependency direction is correct. weather.js has no requires at all, so the city data, the Fahrenheit conversion and the render function sit at the center with no framework, I/O or clock references. server.js is the edge and depends inward on weather.js (server.js:2). The core is testable alone: weather.test.js:1-12 exercises toFahrenheit and render with no server. The boundary is proportionate to a four-city, two-hour task, with no interfaces, DTOs or extra layers. Deductions: render() in weather.js:20-29 builds HTML, so presentation lives in the domain module rather than at the edge, and the page template is inline. The default city 'nyc' is an edge concern hardcoded in server.js:4. The HTTP-level test in weather.test.js:14-35 pulls the server into the unit test file, which blurs the test seam. The top level (weather.js, server.js, weather.test.js) is generic and does not name the domain (cities, weather) beyond the file name.

cleanliness 7.0 The diff is small and readable, with no copy-paste and no dead code. Names are plain (CITIES, toFahrenheit, render, escapeHtml). Deductions: the city-validity check is split between server.js:8 (`city in CITIES`) and weather.js:14 (`!data`), so the same decision is expressed twice in two forms. The `in` check also uses a prototype-inherited lookup, which is a correctness smell rather than a style issue. The test at weather.test.js:28 (`/26/` matching anywhere in the page) is a weak assertion. maintainability 6.0 Functions are short and nesting is shallow, and AGENTS.md documents run/test/coverage. Main defect: `city in CITIES` (server.js:8) is true for inherited Object.prototype keys, so a request like `/?city=constructor` returns status 200. `render` then looks up `CITIES['constructor']`, which is truthy, and renders garbage temperature/condition values instead of the 'unknown city' message. This is a boundary-validation bug a newcomer would not expect. Magic values are mostly named (DEFAULT_CITY, the 'f' units flag is inline). Error handling is limited to the unknown-city path, with no check on the units parameter or on the malformed input beyond that.

data 8.5 The four-city dataset lives in one place: the `CITIES` object in weather.js:1-6. Values match the brief exactly (rome 29/sunny/12, bangkok 33/thunderstorm/8, nyc 26/humid/15, sao-paulo 19/cloudy/11). server.js imports `CITIES` and does not redeclare it, and render() reads only from `CITIES`, so there is no shadow data or drifting copy in markup or templates. The Fahrenheit value is derived at render time with `toFahrenheit` (weather.js:13, 22) rather than hardcoded, so bangkok&units=f yields 91 from the formula. The `CITIES` export plus the `render(city, units)` interface give a clear boundary. Minor deductions: the data object and HTML rendering share one module with no separate loader or shaping layer, and the tests repeat literal expected values (33→91, '/' → 26) that restate dataset numbers. Those are reasonable test fixtures, not production duplication.

product 6.0 All three scenarios are met in code. /?city=rome renders 29 and 'sunny' (weather.js render, line 'data.temp' / 'data.condition'). /?city=bangkok&units=f renders 91 via toFahrenheit, which is Math.round(c*9/5+32). /?city=atlantis returns 404 with 'unknown city: atlantis'. Blank city falls back to nyc, and the wind value is shown. The product is thin, though. The page has no CSS, no layout, no visual hierarchy, and no forecast row, so it reads as a bare debug page rather than a widget. The unit toggle is only a one-way 'f' flag with no way to get back to Celsius from the UI, and the h1 shows the slug ('sao-paulo') rather than a display name. I did not run a browser probe; this judgement rests on the committed code.

Timbo925 evaluated by Creativity on Task 0 +9 points
creativity 5.0 The submission is the brief done plainly. The small extras are a default city of nyc when no city is given (server.js:6, 9), a PORT env override (server.js:19), case-insensitive city lookup, HTML escaping of the unknown-city echo (weather.js:7, 22), and the wind line, which the brief explicitly leaves to the builder. None of these is a visible, memorable touch. The page has no styling, no forecast row, no unit toggle link, and no loading or empty-state polish. The extras are sound but thin, so this sits at the honest baseline rather than above it.
