tests 6.5 The suite is small but its assertions are concrete and check exact values, not just that code runs. Arithmetic covers positive, negative, zero and non-matching inputs (test/arithmetic.test.js:6-32), question parsing covers the id prefix, a missing value and colons inside the text (test/question.test.js:6-20), and the server test runs a real HTTP round-trip on an ephemeral port (test/server.test.js:4-30). Gaps: no test for the Maximum question, which has a commit in the log but no module or rule in src/answer.js; no test that rule order matters when a question matches several rules; no test for PARTICIPANT_NAME overriding the default; no test for a malformed q parameter without a colon or for non-integer operands; and no server test for the warmup or arithmetic paths. The wiring through test.sh (node --test test/) is sound. Tests are proportionate to the task, with a reasonable unit/integration mix.

cleanliness 8.0 The source is small and tidy. Names say what things are (`parseQuestion`, `createHandler`, `binary`, `PARTICIPANT_NAME`), and the arithmetic rules come from one `binary` factory, so there is no copy-paste (src/arithmetic.js:1-24). There is no dead code. Deductions: the operator naming is uneven (`plus`/`minus` versus `multipliedBy`, src/arithmetic.js:21-26), and the committed `.ololo/tmp/*.log` files and `.atl/` registry cache are workspace clutter in the repo. No duplication metrics were supplied; the visible code shows none. maintainability 8.0 Nesting is shallow and functions are short. The answer pipeline is an ordered RULES array that is easy to extend, and AGENTS.md documents how to add a rule (AGENTS.md, 'Adding answers'). The HTTP boundary handles non-GET and unknown paths with 404 (src/server.js:13-18). The `PARTICIPANT_NAME` env override and the port validation in main.js are named and checked. Weaknesses: `answer` relies on module-level `RULES` declared after the function (src/answer.js:17-29), the regex `INT` pattern is simple but unvalidated for oversized numbers, and the server does not guard against a missing `q` beyond defaulting to empty text. Tests are per-module and check real answer logic, including negatives, the trailing '?' and non-matching rules (test/arithmetic.test.js).

No penalty. The task commit d88d703 is an empty task-marker commit, and its work-window diff (6adb0e6..d88d703) is empty. That alone does not show pre-implementation.

The multiplication behaviour has a clear in-session origin inside this task's own probe sequence. Probe #16 (85b92a0) adds multipliedBy to src/arithmetic.js as binary("multiplied by", (a, b) => a * b), wires it into RULES in src/answer.js, and adds tests for "what is 6 multiplied by 7" and negative and zero operands. The commit log also shows probe #15 (83f5965) and #17 (1231f18) for this task, which I could not inspect in detail.

The implementation is general. It reuses the binary(word, op) helper that the player wrote for addition and subtraction, with a signed-integer capture for any operands. It does not match specific question ids or values. The code arrived in this task's own in-session probe commits, so this is building ahead during play, not pre-implementation. The agent statistics are absent, so they add no signal either way.

No penalty. The task commit 6c6c521 is an empty task-marker commit, and its work-window diff is empty. That alone does not show pre-implementation. The subtraction behaviour has a clear in-session origin inside this task's own probe sequence. Start commit 31b90e3 is followed by probes #12 (b99aa2c, no file changes), #13 (ed08ceb) and #14 (1f909e2). Probe #14 adds minus to src/answer.js RULES and exports minus from src/arithmetic.js, and it adds test/arithmetic.test.js and test/answer.test.js cases for subtraction. The implementation is general. The binary(word, op) helper builds a regex from the operator keyword with a signed-integer capture (^what is ${INT} ${word} ${INT}\??$) and applies (a, b) => a - b. It does not match specific operand values or question ids. The minus rule was wired in during the session, so there is no pre-existing or faked behaviour to charge for. The agent telemetry is absent, so I judged from git history alone.

No penalty. The task commit 8711f35 is an empty task-marker commit: its work-window diff is empty, so nothing in that commit itself carries the behaviour. The addition handler has a clear in-session origin inside this task's own window. Task start commit dc54f4d is followed by probe commits #9 (445dd6c), #10 (a2a52c5) and #11 (8a5cfc6). Commit 8a5cfc6 adds src/arithmetic.js, which exports plus(q). It matches ^what is ${INT} plus ${INT}\??$ with a signed-integer capture and returns String(Number(a) + Number(b)). It also wires plus into the RULES array in src/answer.js, and adds test/arithmetic.test.js. This is a general template-based implementation, not a lookup on specific operand values, so it is not hardcoded. The agent telemetry is all zeros, but it was reported as missing or incomplete and is not treated as evidence. The git history alone shows the code was written during play.

No penalty. The task commit a84abd0 is an empty task-marker commit: its work-window diff (445dd6c..a84abd0) is empty, and the pack says so. That alone does not show pre-implementation.

The behaviour has an in-session origin. Commit 19b667b, probe(4f88c161-...): #8 Warmup question - what is your name, sits inside this task's window (start b4efcca, then probes #7 7429ce5 and #8 19b667b). It adds the rule to src/answer.js: (q) => (q.includes("what is your name") ? PARTICIPANT_NAME : undefined), with PARTICIPANT_NAME = process.env.PARTICIPANT_NAME || "as". It also adds a test in test/answer.test.js and a line in AGENTS.md. Because the code arrived in this task's own in-session commit, it was written during play.

The implementation is general rather than probe-matched. It matches the question template by substring, not by question id or randomized values, and the answer is the participant name, which is a constant-answer requirement. The "as" default matches the 10-point result recorded for the earlier task.

The agent statistics are absent (no agents reported), so I judged from git history alone, which is sufficient here.

No penalty. The task commit 40ad122 is an empty task-marker commit: its work-window diff (7429ce5..40ad122) is empty, and the pack says so explicitly. The implementation was not pre-loaded. The pack shows the files being created inside this session's own probe commits: serve.sh, AGENTS.md (with run:, test: and coverage: lines), package.json, coverage.sh, test.sh, src/.js and test/.js are all shown as new file in 9c4450a (probe #3), with further probe-commit changes in 2291c3f (#6) and b7e8c70 (#2). These arrive after the session's start snapshots (888ce1d, af6ca4b) and after this task's start commit 3c4e4de, so the origin is in-session. Nothing in the pack shows the functionality existing before the window. The agent telemetry reports zero activity in the window, which is weak on its own, but the git history shows the work landing in earlier probe commits, so I do not treat it as proof of cheating. The contract requirements (serve.sh on a port, GET /?q=:, run/test/coverage lines in AGENTS.md) are visibly met in the shown content. Lean 0.
